We’re on the lookout for a Client Partner to join our awesome Service Delivery team, which takes care of all things Account Management, Project Management and Client Partnerships — We’re all about creating magical end-to-end experiences for our clients (we like to call them partners). We truly care about shared goals, relationship health, financials, ways of working, production, and growing our most loved accounts… you get the point.

As a Client Partner, you’ll be the superhero behind relationship health and client growth. Part account manager, part strategist, part salesperson, part quality controller — you’ll have many strings to your bow.
To nail this role, you’ll need to deeply understand our services, capabilities, and approach to strategy, content, design and development. You’ll also need to understand our partners’ hopes, fears, business goals and desired outcomes, making sure we’re fully aligned on the approach and definition of success.
The work is exciting and fast-paced, so you’ll need to manage your time across multiple accounts and projects, and juggle several things simultaneously. Sometimes, you might not have the full picture. Things might seem unclear. You’ll need to be the person that has the confidence and clarity of mind to cut through the noise and provide smart perspectives.
Truly understand our tech partners’ businesses and products.
Act as our partners’ primary point of contact for key project and retainer initiatives.
Build authentic, trusting relationships with our partners’ stakeholders.
Champion our partners’ goals and desired outcomes.
Proactively identify, mitigate and manage project challenges.
Creatively drive organic growth within accounts and our immediate network.
Work with our internal teams to prepare and onboard new clients.
Scope new projects, negotiate rates/schedules, and execute SOW contracts.
3+ years of experience in a client services role at a creative, product design or development agency — or in-house at a tech company marketing, product or customer success team.
Direct experience working on website or digital product in a design, development, and/or management capacity.
A proven track record in account management, strategy/consulting, biz dev, marketing, and/or management/leadership of cross-disciplinary teams.
You’re totally comfortable interacting with clients of all levels, from startup founders to C-suite execs — and have a natural ability to navigate complex scenarios and situations.
You’re a strategic thinker and planner with the drive to be a trusted partner and advisor to our internal teams and clients.
You’re an outstanding communicator and teammate.
