Stint’s goal is to change the hospitality industry for the better. To plug staffing gaps with a flexible workforce of willing go-getters. They needed a flexible brand to match. A hybrid true to its hospitality roots, that spoke to your favourite greasy spoon and budding grad in the same breath. That’s where we came in.

Balancing the books.

Building for a marketplace is no mean feat. Prior to working with us, Stint had struggled to find an angle that would land with both businesses and students. Something that would connect two audiences under one umbrella, and strategically position the company as leaders in hospitality staffing. Challenge accepted.

The Brand

Two's a company, three's a crowd.

Seeking a visual language that would look right at home with everything hospitality, our brand designers took inspiration from order pads and handwritten scribbles. (Three avos on toast, two oat milk lattes, please.) Illustrations and icons provided a perfect backdrop for the brand, weaving a thread from restaurant to server, and back again.

The Website

Here for a long stint.

Running a food joint should be rewarding. So we thought it would be remiss to create a web experience that lacked a cutting edge. We wanted the website to tell a compelling, conversion-focused story that brought businesses and students together in a perfect www.marriage. While also finding expression for Stint’s new brand identity. And we think we did just that.
