LinkedInThe role
- You’ll be their person on the inside. You’ll be our clients’ key point of contact with our teams, making sure we meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- You’ll roll out the red carpet. You handle onboarding of new clients, and new client setup, including initial meetings, setting up collaboration tools, preparing contracts and work orders, and invoice scheduling.
- You’ll grow the business. You’ll identify opportunities to expand our relationships with clients, introducing new services, solutions, or ideas that align with their needs and drive mutual success.
- You’ll think ahead. You proactively identify and address any concerns or issues our clients may have, striving to build successful long-term relationships.
- You’ll connect the dots. By understanding each client’s goals and challenges, you’ll proactively suggest initiatives that add value and strengthen partnerships.
- You’ll be a bridge and a builder. You’re the connection between our clients and teams, fostering clear communication, resolving challenges, and ensuring satisfaction all around.
- You’ll keep everyone on the same page. You keep the lines of communication between our clients and our teams open and as clear as a mountain spring, and generally make sure everyone is more or less happy.
- You’ll make the trains run on time. You dot the i’s, cross the t’s, coordinate timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring we finish on time and on budget.
- You’ll show the way. You’ll help to lead and mentor a team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success.
You can do this
- This isn’t your first rodeo. You’ve worked for a minimum of three years in client services or account management, preferably in the so-called “creative” industry.
- You’ve got a nose for business. You have a knack for spotting growth opportunities, whether it’s expanding into new services, upselling, or deepening existing partnerships.
- You talk the talk. You’re great at building rapport and establishing relationships with clients and colleagues. (In other words, you’re kind of charming.)
- You walk the walk. You’re organised. You have no problem managing multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritising tasks effectively. (In other words, you’re a doer.)
- You’re solutions-focused. You excel at identifying challenges and finding creative, efficient ways to overcome them, always putting the client first.
- You’re firm but flexible. You can meet deadlines but also adapt to changing client requirements.
- You’re not against creative types. Familiarity with design principles and an understanding of the creative process is highly desirable. (And by “highly desirable,” we mean it’s a must.)
- You know the tools of the trade. You’re proficient in project management tools and Google Suite.
