<li>Bring 3+ years of experience in an agency environment (ideally).</li>
<li>Are proficient in Figma, Adobe CC, and Google Slides.</li>
<li>Have knowledge of generative AI tools and prompting (this would be a bonus).</li>

<li>You’re enthusiastic about tech. Most of our clients are B2B tech companies, so that’s useful.</li>
<li>You’re ambitious, and eager to build something great with us.</li>
<li>You’re not perfect. That’s okay, nobody is. But you’re extremely good at what you do. Your taste is unerring, and your aesthetic is flawless.</li>
<li>You’ve got your act together. You may be a creative spirit, but you dot the i’s, cross the t’s and do what you said you would, when you said you would.</li>
<li>You may not code, but you understand how developers bring your designs to life.</li>
