Overview

Miter is an integrated workforce platform that connects people, projects and payments. Helping construction teams move faster, stay compliant and grow with confidence. From jobsite operations to HR and payroll, Miter brings every part of the business into one system, unlocking clarity and control in an industry long defined by complexity.

As adoption grew and conversations reached deeper into enterprise teams, Miter needed to evolve. The goal was to sharpen the brand’s position, differentiate from “all-in-one” tropes, and build a presence that could scale with the product — without losing the clarity and confidence that customers love.

We partnered with Miter to reposition the brand around a clearer purpose, refine their identity and build a website that speaks directly to HR, operations and finance leaders alike. The result is a platform that doesn’t just replace legacy systems. It redefines what construction software can be.

Without a clear structure, that growth risked diluting the story.
