# Lead Digital Designer — Machine Version
We’re Together, a design and technology agency for ambitious B2B tech companies. We shape their brands, then build the websites and products that carry them. We’re hiring a Lead Digital Designer to set the direction on that web work and bring the team with them.
**Location:** Remote, UK & Europe
**Salary:** £55000 — £75000
We're looking for a Lead Digital Designer.
### The role
You’ll lead web projects from the first conversation to launch, usually running a few at once with a mid or senior designer alongside you. You set the visual direction, present it to clients and hold it through build. Some projects are a full site on a new brand. Others are a product launch that needs twenty pages in six weeks. Throughout, you’ll work with our strategists and developers from the start, not at handoff.
### What we're looking for
- Taste with a point of view. You know what a good page looks like before you’ve drawn it, and you can say why. On a project, you set the direction and the team builds on it. - Clarity for complicated products. Our clients sell infrastructure, fintech and developer tools to technical buyers. You make the product feel obvious without flattening what makes it interesting. - Knowing when to simplify. Some pages should get out of the way. Others earn a bolder layout. You can tell which, and explain the choice in terms of the buyer. - Brand, web and product treated as one thing. The brand sets the feeling. You carry it onto a site that holds up at every breakpoint and in every template the client’s marketing team will build long after we’ve gone. - Design that ships. You understand how sites get built, from responsive behaviour to CMS structure and components. Figma is where you’re fluent. - AI as part of how you work. You use it to generate imagery and assets, explore directions faster, and fill a page with visuals that would once have needed a shoot or an illustrator. If you can prototype in code with it too, even better. Tools will keep changing. The judgement behind the work is what lasts. - Leading the room. You run client presentations, handle pushback without losing the idea, and leave the client more confident than they came in. - Raising the team. You review others’ work, write clear briefs, and coach designers on giving and taking feedback. It’s how the team holds to one standard. - Follow-through. You keep several projects on track at once, set realistic dates with the team, and flag risks before they turn into late ones. - A real team player. Together isn’t only a name. When a project shifts or a deadline moves, you change tools and help where it’s needed.
### What you bring
- 6+ years in web design, with time spent leading projects or other designers. - A portfolio of shipped marketing sites, ideally for products that were hard to explain. - Fluency in Figma. Experience using AI to generate images and assets is a strong plus. Prototyping in code with AI tools is a bonus. - B2B tech experience is an advantage, not a requirement. A little will help you find your feet faster.
## The benefits
### Perks and recreation
- Work remotely. With regular team get togethers. - Time off. Unlimited. - Stipends. Home office, gym, conferences.
