# Senior Designer, Partnerships — Machine Version
Together shapes the brand, website and product experiences that make category leaders recognisable. The Partnerships team looks after the clients we work with over the long term, and we’re hiring a Senior Designer to lead the design on those accounts.
**Location:** Remote, UK & Europe
**Salary:** £45000 — £55000
We're looking for a Senior Designer.
### The role
You’ll own design on a set of ongoing client accounts, from the brief through to handover to build. The Design Director sets the creative standard and the Senior Client Services Manager runs the commercial side of each account. You run the projects in between and bring them in when a decision needs them. Most weeks are a mix of hands-on design, client conversations and the studio process that keeps work moving.
### What we're looking for
- Craft that holds across formats. Our clients need web pages, one-pagers, decks, event booths and social posts, often in the same month. Your structure, spacing and type choices work in every one of them, and everything is made to the same standard. - A clear way of explaining the product. B2B tech products are often hard to explain. You find the clearest way to show what a product does, and you use strategy to simplify a complex idea rather than decorate it. - UX thinking. A landing page or a dashboard has to get someone to an outcome. You balance clarity with creativity and know which one a page needs more. - Concepts that extend a brand. Most of our Partnerships clients have established brands. You lead the concept that sets a project’s direction, and you build on the brand system so it works across new platforms and formats, instead of only applying what’s already there. - Confidence presenting. You present your work to clients, explain the decisions behind it and handle questions in the room. - Briefs, estimates and feedback. You run briefs for the wider team, including our developers and animators, and estimate the design time each piece needs. Your feedback makes other people’s work better. - Ownership. You deliver consistently, raise risks early and move between Figma, briefing and handover to build in the same day.
### What you bring
- 4+ years in digital design, freelance or within a studio team. - A portfolio that shows your range across digital and brand work, and the thinking behind it. - Fluency in Figma and confidence with Adobe Illustrator. - A habit of using AI and new tools to research, explore ideas and work faster. - B2B tech experience is an advantage, not a requirement. Curiosity about the category matters more.
