<li>Bring 3+ years of experience in an agency environment (ideally).</li>
<li>Are proficient in Figma, Adobe CC, and Google Slides.</li>
<li>Are interested in animating in After Effects or Rive (even if you don’t know how).</li>
<li>Have knowledge of generative AI tools and prompting (this would be a bonus).</li>
